No. of records: | Forever growing! |
Started playing: | Learnt how to mix round my friends house in 1996 on drum and bass and garage vinyl but never really took it seriously. And then after about a 10 year break i got back into it after getting into clubbing and the dance scene as a whole! Best decision ive made so far!! Been playing out in clubs now since 2009. |
All time top 3 tunes: | Very tricky one as it changes most months but at the moment i would go for....
Cant Buy Time - Matt Church & Glyn Waters (Luke Warner Remix)
The Game - Brett Wood
Streamline - Carl Nicholson & Matt Williams |

Worst DJing moment: | Cueing the song that was playing in front of a busy club. Got it playing again straight away but of course it had to start from the beginning again! Could be worse i guess... |
Would most like to play: | I Really like the sound system in Matter so i would love to bang out some tunes there. Its actually closed down at the moment but im sure it will re open and maybe i will get the chance! I would also love to play at a festival like Global Gathering or Creamfields. |
Most enjoyable set you've played: | I played a 3 hour uplifting hard trance set at the Puzzle Project After Party last year, where i had a lot of my friends there dancing their socks off. What made it extra special was that we had been to SW4 that day and it was just a perfect end to an amazing day/night/morning! |
When you're not DJing you're: | Thinking about DJing or listening to tunes to get new ideas. Im also starting to get involved in the production side of things. |
Favourite DJ: | Its hard to give a favourite but im always impressed by Alex Mac & Zeebra Kid due to their energetic production and live sets and Matt Church always produces a good set with some of his tunes being unmistakeable! |
Favourite Venue: | I was really impressed at this years 2011 new years eve party at The Renaissance Rooms in Vauxhall. All 3 rooms sounded great and the atmosphere was electric! Even the outside smoking area was pumping! |
Favourite Promotion: | Puzzle Project, Rubix and Frantic |
Favourite Producer: | Sean Tyas, Brett Wood, Technikal and Nick Sentience among many others! |
Favourite Label: | Presence Hard Trance are bringing out alot of good things at the moment. Direct Drive Recordings always have my vote due to the blend of Trance and Hard Trance. Also Impact Recordings are still going strong and i never fail to get a good tune from that label. |
Biggest Influence: | Club 414 in Brixton. I know its just a venue and not a person but it's where i started going clubbing and its the place where i decided i wanted to become a DJ. |
Drink: | Anything that doesnt have lumps in it and gets me pissed! |
Non-music pastime: | Football and Swimming. |
Words of wisdom: | I would rather regret something than wish i had of done it. |
Other Comments: | You can sleep when your dead... |
