The founders of Rhythmatic, Double Trouble Productions, are rolling out their Rhythmatic Intimate Sessions event and this time they are bringing to a new venue, The Hoxton Pony. After successful repeat events at EGG, The White House, Sosho and Aquarium, we are proud to bring the Intimate Sessions to the heart of Shoreditch.
The Rhythmatic Intimate monthly sessions will showcase the legendary Rhythmatic Residents and upcoming talent that is emerging from the London House scene. It now brings its high class and global music policy from past and present to the superb Hoxton Pony Venue.
Come and celebrate with us at the launch of the Rhythmatic Intimate Sessions at the Hoxton Pony on the 19th March, a night of quality, upfront house music with some of the hottest music talent in London.

2009 has seen Rico take more of a back seat in the event management and spend more time in the studio working with the likes of K.O.T.R.T (Strictly Rhythm/Soda records) both on orginal productions as well as remix duty and is currently working on his own material.

Born in the south of Brazil and raised in the Uk, Wesley Razzy was brought up with a strong music connection through his family of singers and musicians. Also playing the Surdo(Bass Drum) and the Trumpet in his school band from the age of 8, gave him an early musical grounding.
Djing came to him in the beginning of his teens. Where he started hosting his own nights in south-east England, attracting many crowds and even earning himself an article in the local newspaper. His continuously great sets has taken him into venues like: O2-Indigo, Brixton Academy, Horse&Groom, Mango(Reading), Roadtrip Bar, Dex Club, Coronet Theatre and many others. Wesley's impressive Dj Style would be best described as a deep, bouncy, electronic house and techno, blended with tribal rhythms and pumping basslines.
This young brazilian-born, but london bohemian has recently embraced his heart into his own productions. Having finished his studies of audio engineering at the respected SAE -London, We believe this year will bring Wesley Razzy many exciting things and great music creations which you'll soon be able to hear.

Music is Ben’s life. He’s been a keen follower of dance music since he first heard his older brother’s hardcore and jungle tapes aged 10, and works in the clubbing/dance music industry as a PR and Journalist. His obsession with music doesn’t stop at dance music though – he enjoys and appreciates virtually every style of music – which explains his diverse take on DJing. Born to Hungarian parents in Cambridge, he now resides in London and has been making solid progress in the world of DJing.
Ben plays across the house music spectrum. Deep, funky, dirty, electro, progressive, techy...there’s no prejudice as far as he’s concerned. He’s also been known to play the occasional breaks set, or deep and groovy downtempo set. Versatility is his key, and his passion for playing different styles of music has helped him to understand the intricacies of dance music at greater depth. His mixing style is involved and energetic – combining effects from his Kaoss Pad II with high-impact cutting and EQing on the mixer to make sure that there’s never a dull moment. But that’s not to say he doesn’t know when to let a track breathe...
He has also embarked on a production career, laying down beats with the likes of techno don Saytek (Evolved/Kingsize) – with a forthcoming EP on his new Machine Func. imprint in Autumn 2007, as well as a remix of rising talent Ricahrd Belsom for Jack Digitals. His Red Lake ‘Changes Alright’ bootleg was played 3 weeks running by Judge Jules on his Radio1 show and was made his Tried & Tested Tune of The Week. His productions and bootlegs have been supported by DJs as diverse as Anthony Pappa, Larry Tee, Jesse Rose, Erick E, Tim Sheridan, Anil Chawla, Mason, and The Cheshire Catz.
