It’s an Old Skool Party.
The music policy is anything from since Dance/Electronic Music began right up to 2000.
It is very badly behaved.
It is highly irresponsible and has been known to dish out, near lethal, punch absolutely free.
If you have been to Alumni before you’ll have the scars (mental or otherwise) to show for it.
Anyway, we’re back on the 29th September with quite possibly the best line up ever with three Alumni debutants.
And it’s not even our Birthday!
Our special guest is one of the pioneers of the Hard Dance scene with his Honeypot and Tasty brands. Prior to that he was playing and championing Hardcore (something he still does to this day) and before that Old Skool whilst it was still brand new and many of us where just finishing school!
It is of course Billy ‘Daniel’ Bunter.
Next up is another DJ known for his Hard Dance sounds. We couldn’t possibly comment what he might be known for now. His name is Tin Tin and he was the driving force behind the Dirty DJs stable.
More, you want more… OK then. Matt Rush is another DJ who has been on the scene since the beginning and one of is capable of dishing out a variety of classic sounds.
We have two returning guests in Timmy Whiz and Paul Zykotik. These guys are Alumni regulars on both sides of the decks and understand more than anyone just what this party is about.
Finally we have four of our residents with Skol, B.S.E, Phil Lankester and Latex Zebra rounding things off.
This Alumni opens early at 8pm returning to our Bar Vibe of earlier parties and will get more banging as the night goes on, finishing at 7am on Sunday just in time for the trains to start running.
So there you have it.
