Milk @ Studio 33 just continues to get better and better, and if you've seen what people have been saying about us on the HarderFaster forums you'll know why! There really is no better way to spend your Saturday mornings...
This week we're hosting the official Beat Retreat afterparty, so if you're going to Heaven on Friday for the main event then come along to carry on with us. This is also the week that Peach start their new Friday night residency at Studio 33, so we're starting the morning a little trancier than usual to ease their crowd into the swing of things.
We open our second room first at 6.30am with some seductive funky house courtesy of The Shake It Bitches, fresh from playing at Beat Retreat. They're followed by the lovely Lizzie Curious, who has always played hard sets for us in the past but is taking things in a different direction this time with euphoric house. Finally it's Milky boy D'Marr Ford who'll be mixing up anything from funky techno to cheeky house and tribal sounds.
The main room opens at 7am with the sound of Milk resident Dave Holmes, who'll be building from euphoric to hard trance, before handing over to Anthony Dean of Euphoria and KnowWhere, who'll be taking things a shade harder and darker. Next up is Eduardo Herrera whose fusion of hardhouse & techno will leave you gasping for more, ably dished out by the inimitable Ali Wilson who will be rounding off the day for us as only he can.
All this in the luxurious surroundings of the newly refurbished Studio 33, which is probably the best afterparty venue you've ever been to. The Milk crew will be on hand as ever to pamper you and tend to your every need, and don't forget if you're in the venue for Peach on Friday night you can stay inside for Milk (for just £5) without having to go out into the cold. Just leave your stuff in the cloakroom and relax in the chillout room while we set up!
