Shut The Front Door kick off Summer with a huge debut from one of our favorite artists for an epic live show! This is your official invitation to join Lindstrøm alongside some very special guests!
Lindstrøm (Live) [Feedelity / Smalltown Supersound]:
Raised on country and western music in the outskirts of the Norwegian oil town Stavanger, Hans-Peter Lindstrøm now lives in Oslo where he is making contemporary disco and running his Feedelity label. His first success was the jazzy "Granada", being championed by the likes of Giles Peterson before releasing a flow of highly acclaimed EPs, singles and remixes for names like Franz Ferdinand, Killers, The Horrors and LCD Soundsystem alongside two Lindstrøm & Prins Thomas duo albums on Eskimo Recordings. Since then, Lindstrøm has gone on to release two more albums and work alongside the likes of Todd Terje and many more!

Hammer (2 Hour Set) [Feel My Bicep / Sub Club / Thunder Disco]:
Rory Hamilton aka Hammer had his first taste of international fame several years ago as part of the then nascent "Feel My Bicep Blog", touring far and wide before deciding to strike out on his own. With his Hammer project, Rory is now gathering a new legion of fans and supporters, helped in no small part by his recent collaboration "Dahlia" with his oldest friends Bicep, which featured prominently in almost every notable end of year list of 2015. Based in Glasgow, and a mainstay at the world famous Sub Club, Rory also throws the cities renowned "Thunder Disco Parties". With a slew of planned releases, 2016 seems primed to see Hammer continuing what is already a packed touring schedule.

Get To Know music could be described as Future Boogie music - a futuristic take on the post-Disco 80s Boogie sound, blending real instruments and synthesisers and funk infused synth bass with elements from Deep House and Indie. His most recent magical remix for Blinkie has been raking in the support including air-play from the legendary Annie Mac!
